Basketball is a developing sport at Mount St. Michael, with the numbers playing it growing each year. Everyone is welcome.
For 2022 we must say well done to all U19 and 16 Basketballers who fought hard and were as fierce as ever this year! We are very proud of you all!
Both teams travelled to Ballyhaunis and after a highly competitive game the senior Team narrowly lost by a single basket! We had a better result in the U16 competition when the Under 16’s came away with a confident win in their game on the same day.
Charlestown proved a more challenging opponent with both our teams exiting the league on the day.
1st and 2nd year Basketball training gets underway in November.
Training is every Tuesday 4-5:30pm
