‘Ber’s Warmth’ Wellbeing Hub is an additional non-judgemental safe space in MSM where senior cycle studentshave an opportunity to discuss and explore their health and wellbeing. Students can engage in wellbeing enrichment activities, group work, local and national campaigns, one-to-one sessions and wellbeing projects. Students can access the Hub

  • Before classes start in the morning (8.30am - 9am)
  • During lunchtime (1.15pm - 2pm)

Providing up to date and current resources for students on topics such as exam stress, managing anxiety, building self-esteem and confidence is key to empowering the students to access additional support if necessary.
