First Year student Ellen Trench made the trip to Waterford on Saturday to compete in the Schools All Ireland Cross Country Finals. She competed in the minor race where nearly 100 athletes took part from all over the country. She was in top 20, finishing in 16th position and was 3rd in for Connaught. A great run for Ellen in very trying conditions - a wet, cold and very mucky event.
