Our Big Sister / Little Sister programme involves 1Y students taking part in weekly fun activities, whilst building a friendship with an older student (5Y). On some occasions the group organise a special fun activity and this year they planned a visit to the Ice Rink in Castlebar. Some managed to skate, some managed to stand up and some....well lets's say they tried!! The main thing is that everyone had a great time. Thanks to the teachers who travelled with them and to the teachers who meet with the students every week.
